iSP stands for “Interactive Spares”, the innovative software solution for managing spare parts catalogues. The features of this application make it an essential tool for reducing the cost of production, maintenance and distribution of spare parts catalogues, and for optimizing after-sales services.
Native
multi-channel support
The native multi-device and cross-platform orientation of the application allows the consultation of information from any device (PC desktop, laptop, PDA, smartphone) connected in a local network or to the web server (Intranet, Internet, Extranet, WAN), regardless of the operating system and type of hardware used: all you need is an internet browser.
Create and print a PDF file
The iSP printing technologies offers new possibilities. iSP allows a vector type printing of the drawing and consequently of all the spare parts catalogue, contrary to what is allowed by the majority of web softwares which use bitmap technology. All of this translates into excellent print quality, free from fading that may hinder the reading of codes and references.
E-commerce portal
The iSP standard version includes the spare parts portal already preset for e-commerce operations. The portal allows the following functions:
- User management (unlimited)
- Consultation of catalogues (unlimited)
- Updating of price lists from CSV files
- Shopping cart and checkout via email
- Printing of catalogues
Complete panel for administration of catalogues
Thanks to an administration panel that is entirely navigable via your web browser, you can create, manage and publish the interactive spare parts catalogues without the need to install any additional software. The administration panel allows you to modify all the parameters of the spare parts portal, upload the price lists and information documents, create and manage users and groups. You can connect codes, tables and groups to multiple catalogues in order to optimize retrieval of and changes to information.
Multi-language support
iSP™’s structure allows to provide services and information though internet-based applications that can be used internationally. Multi-language support grants the company the ability to receive high quality after sale services.
All text information may be translated and provided in various languages. A centralized archive, easily updatable, allows to reuse the translated terms in various catalogues with a significant cut of any translation-related cost.
Download area
The download area iSP Enterprise standard offers by default allows you to associate the models of the machines included in the spare parts catalogue to an unlimited number of files ready to be downloaded by the final user, such as instructions booklets, time tables, video instructions, certifications, etc. The types of files managed are unlimited (pdf, doc, xls, dwg, dxf, mov, vmw, etc.).
Unlimited catalogues and users
The standard version of the iSP software allows to create an unlimited number of catalogues as well as an unlimited number of users.
